Here’s What to Do
- Ask your child to describe the weather, temperature, and landscape for fall, winter, spring, and summer in your region
- Discuss what clothes your child needs during each season and the season-specific activities you do as a family
- Divide a piece of drawing paper into 4 parts and have your child draw a picture to represent each season

- Ask your child to describe what trees and land look like during different seasons
- Ask your child to describe how the air feels, what the sky looks, and weather conditions during the different seasons

- Compliment and praise your child’s drawings for the seasons

- Which seasons are similar and which seasons are very different?

Large drawing paper, drawing and coloring materials such as pencils, markers, crayons, colored pencils, paint
